Masalaa Dosa.... or Vidyarthi Bhavan.. Both mean the same.. Surprised
Yup.. Its a very narrow & long hotel [10X100Feet i guess] which serves yummy dosas espcially Masala Dosa..
The place is always crowded.. Infact when you are eating there atleast 5 ppl staring at you standing beside your table just waiting for you to finish the dosa and get out so that they can sit now..
Its so well known that even the then CM Sri S M Krishna made a visit to this place and had a dosa.. [err.. Masala dosa, what else..]
One thing you should surely notice is that the waiters carry about 10-15plates of masala dosa on each of their hand and serve it to the customers..
The hotel still has a 1960's look and its not renovated..
Location: Gandhi Bazaar Circle..

Had been to this place recently.. Its slightly expanded now with the 10X100feet area now 20X100 feet.. Very Happy But the problem of ppl standing beside your table and staring at you so that you finish your dosa and get out so that they can sit still exists.. Evil or Very Mad
Also worth mentioning is that there are framed pencil drawings of all the famous Kannada scholars hanged on the walls..
The nostalgia still remains..
A masala dosa and a rava vada costs less than 40/-.. its simply yummy yummy.. cheers
